Spring Hill has 6 grocery stores — which is finally approaching adequate for a city this size. For years, residents complained about the lack of options. Two Publix locations, Kroger, ALDI, and Walmart cover the basics.

Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are about 20 minutes away in Franklin. Costco is in Brentwood (~25 min). Sprouts Farmers Market is confirmed for Spring Hill in early 2027.

Luke's note: The grocery stores here are extremely convenient — Kroger, Publix, and Walmart all offer pickup and delivery. Whole Foods delivers too through Amazon. Speaking of Amazon, deliveries come very quickly because there's a distribution center in Lebanon. Most things you order arrive same-day or next-day. Basically, anything you're looking for can be delivered fast — it doesn't feel like a small town when it comes to convenience.
